Day Two: Trevaunance Cove - St Ives
Day Three: St Ives - Lands End
There is a option to do just one or two days of the challenge @ £50 per day.
An approximate schedule of each day is as follows:
08:00 Daily registration (numbers issued daily)
09:00 Meet at HQ for daily briefing.
09:30 Transport to start
PM Arrive at finish then transport to your accommodation for a good feed and kip.

Terrain Wild and rugged. Steep climbs and descents that test your concentration as well as your strength. Please see links at the bottom of this page for google route maps of each day of the 2007 event.
Each day is unqiue with it's own individual challenges and famous landmarks to add to the experience. The course follows the South West Coast path which is marked by the Acorn sign. Its a very obvious route but just in case you will be issued with route maps!
Facilities Daily briefings on the route ahead, weather and other important points.
Checkpoints approximately every 10km. These will supply food and drinks. Checkpoints are in place to ensure that everyone is on route and for time keeping. For those needing it they offer the perfect opportunity to have a good sit down.
Transportation: Once you get to the event HQ at St Ives Bay Holiday Park then votwo looks after all your transportation. Climb aboard the votwo mini buses every morning to be taken to the start point then board them again at end of day to be taken back to HQ.
First aid assistance and course evacuation for any entrant requiring this.
Group guides. A votwo guide with knowledge of the route will lead and encourage each group. You will also be issued with maps should you wish to go at your own pace.
Individual times: at each check point your number will be taken then after the event time sheets will be available.
On Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon votwo physiotherapists will be providing a massage service located at the event HQ (Sunday afternoon from the finish line). It will cost £10 for 15 mins. If you are interested in this service (and it may help you to get out of bed the next day) please express this on your entry form.
For Goodness Shakes are sponsoring the event and will be there supplying their free sports recovery shakes.
votwo are also offering the chance to sign up to a free online elog based training programme when you enter the challenge. This is a two tier 10 week long training schedule to get you fit for the challenge.
A photographer will be on route every day and photos will be available online after the event.
On Saturday Night there will be a BBQ at the St Ives Bay Holiday Park. Tickets are £10 a head. The BBQ is free if you are taking up the exclusive votwo accommodation offer.
Two weeks before the event you will be posted a info pack. This will include route maps, check point locations, important notes and timings/start points.

Accommodation The St Ives Bay Holiday Park near Hayle is the base and HQ area. The route on day two also passes alongside the edge of the park. We have worked out a superb deal with the park. This includes accommodation in the newly refurbished Chalets, Use of the 60ft x 30ft indoor heated swimming pool (a must for any one running a marathon a day!), free tickets to the Saturday night BBQ, free transfers to the local pub on Friday night and free on site parking. All this for just £25 per person per night. Staying at the HQ means that we can take care of everything for you. All you have to do is get on the mini bus in the morning and focus on your running.
Accommodation is booked online as part of your entry. You can always revisit this account if did book your accommodation as part of your original online entry.

Prizes If you get to the end each day you are a winner! Every finisher of the 1 ,2 or 3 days receives a laser engraved 3D glass trophy. Perfect for the mantle piece.
This year T-shirts, ACC hoodie tops and custom made votwo running tops (with ACC logo) are being sold as optional extras. These can be ordered when you make your online entry. You can re access your online account at any time if you want to purchase accommodation or votwo event clothing.

Categories This has changed for 2009. Just two categories now.
Group 1. Walkers. This is not just a pleasant stroll on the Atlantic Coast! You will have to maintain a average speed of just over 3 mph to keep within the check point timings.
Group 2. Runners/joggers. All abilities welcome. Getting to the finish is the main objective and as long as you keep that average pace above 3 mph you will be fine!

Votwo Events Refund Policy:
Events refund policy ACC 2009: Any event entry or accommodation cancelation received by email to events@votwo.co.uk more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund. Only emailed cancelations are acceptable. Cancelations made in the last 14 days will not be eligible for any refund.
In the highly unlikely case that an event is canceled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, Foot and Mouth or similar) the event will be re-scheduled for the next available date and event entry fees carried over to that date. Accomodation fees will not be refunded.
If access to course is restricted a alternative route will be used.
